Deep Breath In, Deep Breath Out...

Meditation is when the mind becomes quiet, the body relaxes, awareness sharpens, the sense of self can sometimes dissolve, and time can lose its grip.
But how to get to this space can be so vastly different for each and every soul. It does not always look like this- a still body, that began with deep breaths and soon sank into a space of peace and ease.
The angels often show me in my healing sessions the ways that connect to each soul the deepest- the avenues that can help guide them back to themselves with succinct alignment. These pathways include areas of passion and creativity for people like painting, woodworking, planting, organizing, building, singing, writing, yoga, running/walking, stretching, and so much more.
How you reach that meditative state is vastly different because 𝘺𝘰𝘶 are different- your experiences, your perspective, your values, are all uniquely shaped by your journey here. So when the angels nudge you toward that activity that helps you to quiet your mind, I encourage you to follow that feeling!
Your angels and loved ones will meet you there every time with the love, comfort, peace, and ease your soul, body, and mind need.
